You can access our network, data and leadership team today to help guide Gen Y into the working world, because unlocking potential is the key to success for every individual and organization… and success comes with Experience.
Jenny founded Experience in 1996, at the very dawn of the Internet era. Following her personal experiences with on-campus recruiting as a student and later as an employer, she knew that the laborious, complex and resource intensive approach to connecting students with employers wasn't working - especially for the students, who needed far more support in order to make informed career decisions.
While Experience is consistently recognized for its leadership in technology and innovation, the mission of Experience is "to educate, assist and inspire" the next generation of talent - which encompasses far more than online career management systems or making job listings easier to find. Jenny's groundbreaking vision for how to enlist educational institutions, companies, governments and citizens around the world toward this important mission has been recognized by national press, and by industry leaders throughout academia and enterprise.
The author of the upcoming book, The Gen Y Way: How New Thinking Can Reclaim the American Dream, Jenny is a frequent speaker at nationwide universities and major business events to share her unique perspective on the up-and-coming workforce. She earned a BA in psychology from Dartmouth College and was a management consultant with Bain & Company in Boston prior to starting Experience. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Jobs for the Future and the Rockefeller Center for Public Policy.
As Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), Ed drives Experience's enterprise program that enables FORTUNE 500 and other top employers to target and reach Gen Y talent for strategic hiring initiatives, including candidate pooling, employee retention, corporate branding and talent community programs. He also oversees the development of best-in-class technology solutions geared towards colleges, universities and organizations to empower their efforts to engage candidates with career-focused services and offerings.
An established software industry visionary, Ed brings 18 years of extensive operational and corporate development experience to the company. Prior to joining Experience, he most recently served as SVP, Marketing for Alignent Software. She holds a B.S. in Telecommunications from Syracuse University and an M.B.A. from Simmons College.
As VP of Software Development, Ady brings 12 years of extensive hands-on experience in managing and developing web applications. At Experience, he prioritizes and oversees the development team and drives the technological direction for the company's recruiting solutions. Ady is also responsible for integrating emerging technologies that will enable Experience to launch web and mobile applications that helps millions of Gen Y candidates meet their career goals.
Prior to joining Experience, Ady was the lead architect for The Rockband Network at Harmonix Music Systems—an industry first—which enables musicians and labels to create and sell music in the Rockband ecosystem. With a penchant for Open Source, Ady was a Lead Technologist at Optaros and also spent several years working as a web channel architect at Camelot UK (UK National Lottery), where he helped develop one of the world's most successful interactive lottery systems.
